Using Gameshow

Gameshow is a trivia game for fun. You may play it, download it and run game nights with it for personal, family, classroom and similar non-commercial use. By creating an account or downloading, you agree to these terms.

Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from inside the game. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Acceptable use

Do not attack, overload or try to break into the service, send spam through it, or use it for anything unlawful. Custom questions you create must not contain illegal, hateful or infringing material.

Downloads and payments

Free downloads are provided as is. Paid downloads are one-time purchases processed by Stripe and delivered immediately as a digital file, so they are generally not refundable; contact us if something is wrong and we will make it right. Installers are currently unsigned, so your system may show a warning before running them.

Questions and content

The built-in question bank includes material from Open TriviaQA under its license (see the notice included with the game). You keep ownership of questions you add yourself.

No warranty

Gameshow is provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee the service will always be available or error-free, and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, to the extent the law allows.

Changes and contact
